Our company offers only quality goods, where we are fully convinced of suitability for use in demanding professional stage and studio runners. If, however, there is a reason for complaint, please proceed according to the following points so that the claim can be acknowledged and handled as soon as possible.

COMPLAINT

Address for delivery of the claimed goods

Please send the claimed goods with the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and other documents according to the Complaints Procedure to the address of the headquarters of Art Lighting Production, s.r.o.; Komenske´ho street 427; CZ-664 53 U´jezd u Brna; Czech Republic.

Please contact the seller by e-mail or telephone before sending the goods for complaint.

Guarantee length

Since there is a legal or self-employed natural person in our B2B shop, the seller usually provides 12 months of legal liability for defects on the goods. Since we want to meet our customers' needs, the warranty period of the delivered goods is set at 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed or specified.

Shipping the claimed goods to the seller

The buyer delivers the claimed goods personally or by the carrier at his own expense and risk. The goods from the justified complaint are sent back to the Seller's costs, the goods from the unauthorized complaint will be sent back to the Buyer at his expense.

Possibility of lending a replacement device during the complaint

In the event of a dealer's agreement, the Dealer will lend a replacement device with the Buyer. This loan may incur additional charges.

Mismatch on delivery of goods upon receipt

Damaged Goods - In the event that the Buyer receives goods that are visibly damaged or damaged mechanically or otherwise at the time of acceptance, the Buyer is obliged to report this fact in a demonstrable manner to the Warehouse Manager or Seller's Service. In the case of personal collection, they must always do so immediately, in the course of collection via the transport service, always in writing, within two working days to the relevant seller of the seller after receiving the goods from the carrier. At the same time, he is obliged to report the matter immediately to the relevant carrier and to draw up a damage report with him. Later announcements or complaints will not be taken into account and the damage thus incurred cannot be covered.

Compensation for unauthorized claims

If it is found during the repair that the defect was caused in a way that is excluded from the warranty conditions or if the defect does not manifest itself, the buyer is obliged to pay the seller 400, - CZK for each hour of work performed by the technician and freight in the amount of 100, -CZK, if the goods are returned to the customer by the carrier. The Buyer shall also pay all costs incurred by the Seller for a complaint procedure with the manufacturer.




SERVICE

We provide warranty and post-warranty service of products represented by ETC, ROBE, CHRISTIE (Coolux), TS Dimmers and Art Lighting Production products. Alternatively, other products sold by prior arrangement.

We provide the service either at the customer's address or at the location of the Art Lighting Production s.r.o.

In the case of warranty service, the procedure is governed by the above-mentioned complaint conditions and the complaint procedure. In the case of post-warranty service we deal with each service intervention individually according to the customer's needs. Please contact us for more detailed service information.

In the event of a dealer's agreement, the dealer will provide a replacement equipment loan during the service procedure. This loan may incur additional charges.
